I was kind of apprehensive about this book because of all the trigger warnings such as domestic violence and in a few parts, there are some gruesome parts and animal death too. However, I think this book is amazing! It has a lot of love, healing, and mystery added to it as well!  Inti Flynn is part of a group that is bringing the wolves back, they want to help with the climate and are basically reintroducing wolves in Scotland. However, as livestock and farming are the majority of the breadwinning there they are met with a lot of agitation and hostility towards the wolves. So when I saw this one I HAD to request it! I really enjoyed this book, I actually really enjoyed the perspective of Ann. I enjoyed that she told the readers about her background before she even joined the FBI. While the book kind of reinforced things that I already knew reading some of the other books on profiling, it was still nice to get a full picture from a different perspective. I do have to say that this book wouldn't be for the weak-hearted, she does go into some difficult cases. I love when spooky books incorporate eerie things from the past and bring them into the story, it adds that chilling factor! You know how sometimes you find the right book at the right time? This was definitely the book for me. I was laughing so hard I cried a few times in this book and everyone needs a good laugh like this! I mean it's completely relatable! Jen is taking on more than she can chew! Jen is dealing with her elderly parents, her daughter, being the class mom sending out the emails and achieving her dream job of being a spin instructor! The characters are fun! From Jen to Jen's Mom to her granddaughter, they are sooo much fun and I laughed too much! I do have to mention the imaginary people in the basement in Jen's mom's house.
