Review:

Now and then, you will come across a book that consumes your mind and attention. This is one of those books. The story is twisty, compelling, and also tragic. I appreciated that the twists were shocking, surprising, and not foreseeable—especially the last one ( I was shattered and needed an emotional break from reading).
This book is about how women can fall hopelessly and madly in love, showing how people can be in toxic and extremely dysfunctional relationships. This is a great thriller to get you thinking and will twist your insides about how something like this could be going on, and on the outside, it seems fine until it's not.
Gabe and Pippa look like your average family and even have some close family. However, their house is located on a cliff(which people like to commit suicide on). At the same time, Gabe can talk down several people from the cliff. However, one day, things changed. An older woman approaches the house, and while Pippa is observing from the window with Gabe and this mystic woman, she sees her husband's arms stretched out, and the older woman fall. While Pippa is trying to comprehend if this woman jumped or did her husband push her. Could Gabe do something that sinister? While the death is ruled out as a suicide, something still bothers Pippa. Then when she learns the name of the woman, everything can change.
This story is told from a dual perspective between Pippa and Amanda (the woman who fell), and this is soo deliciously twisted and a great afternoon read because once you start this book, you will be hooked and unable to get away from it! I recommend this for thriller lovers because you will be on the edge of your seat! Thank you, NetGalley and St. Martin's Press, for this AMAZING opportunity to read and review! This one was an absolute treat!
